The apartment was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchenette and comfortable bedding. The location was great, just a short walk to the lake and close to a supermarket. The fast and reliable Wi-Fi allowed me to easily stay connected during my Christmas stay.

The walls were quite thin, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring apartments. there was no front desk or reception, which made it difficult to receive help or information from staff when needed.

It was really very well equipped, with more than expected (small kitchenette, coffee machine, refrigerator), everything modern and new.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was close to the lake and the city center. It was very convenient for us to take the boat to Switzerland and buses to the shopping center on the outskirts of town. Also, the hotel was very clean, and the staff was helpful in providing information about places to eat and activities.

The location of the apartment was really convenient as it was close to the places we wanted to visit. We also appreciated the newly renovated apartment and the practicality of having a kitchen. the contactless approach to check-in was great and made it easy for us to access the apartment.

We were a bit disappointed with the noise level in the apartment. We could hear the flushing from the apartment upstairs and people walking in the hallways which made it hard to sleep.

The location was convenient, walking distance to pier and train station. Owners were friendly and caring. Comfortable bed and modern decoration. Staff was helpful and informative. Apartments were brand new.

I had a very good experience at Villa Natalia Am See. the staff was friendly and even allowed us to check in earlier than expected. the location is perfect, as it is close to the lake and only a short 10-minute walk away. the complex itself is well-maintained and has a modern, appealing design. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the apartment was decorated nicely. It was also very quiet in the area. the hotel is conveniently located near the port, train station, and bus stops, making it easy to explore the area and visit the Messe. the staff was also helpful in providing information about nearby restaurants, shopping, and activities.
